SBA 7(a) Financing for Businesses and Buyers

SBA 7(a) is the most common path for our clients. We structure the deal, build the package, and find the lender that gets you funded.

How SBA 7(a) financing works

SBA 7(a) loans are made by participating lenders, with a partial guarantee from the U.S. Small Business Administration.

7(a) loans are commonly used for franchise startups, new franchise locations, business and franchise resale acquisitions, partner buyouts, and working capital. Some lenders we work with focus on smaller 7(a) loans that large volume lenders tend to pass on.

What lenders look at

Lenders focus on liquidity, how your household is covered during the first year, and collateral. We look at all three early.
