How we work

We lead every engagement from the first call. We evaluate the deal, set the financing strategy, and place it with lenders. Once you have chosen a lender, our closing coordinator works with you and the lender to keep documents and deadlines on track through funding.

How we look at a deal

Lenders focus on three things: liquidity, how your household is covered during the first year, and collateral. We look at all three on the first call, so you know where the deal stands before you commit to a lease or real estate. The earlier we talk, the more options you have.

We work with SBA lenders, CDFIs, and equipment lenders nationwide, including lenders that focus on the smaller SBA loans that large volume lenders tend to pass on. If a lender has already declined your deal, we can look for one where it fits.
